Monte Vista Christian School Puts iPads in the Hands of Their Students

MAY 5, 2010 - One Central Coast High School is charging into the high-tech age, ditching textbooks for Apple's new gadget.

Part of Watsonville's Monte Vista Christian School's plan to be on the forefront of cutting-edge technology is putting Apple's iPad in the hands of students.

Although most students have only been using the iPad for a couple of days, so far, there's nothing but rave reviews.

"The ultimate goal is every student will have an iPad on their desk at this school," said Steve Sharp, MVCS headmaster.  For more on this story, and to view a video, click here.
