Cate School, admission director, Charlotte Brownlee introduces Cate’s objectives based curriculum.
The curriculum rests on clear expectations for students and teachers. All classes are built around five core concepts, curiosity determination, compassion, knowledge, and communication. Students work through a concious progression- in each class and through mastering the objectives of each grade.
Cate’s academics and community life grow out of the school’s consciously small, intimate, community experience.
